Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're a resetter. Originally I was going to bomb over the fence, but I heard him about to come up the lift so I was going to go the long way around, but I wouldn't have made it back to the circle in time. At the very end I was hoping to pop up right behind him on the stairs, but I messed it up and ran out of time.
