Using a skeletal doll works perfectly because mushrooms are decomposers of leaves and dead trees but also animals and humans though they usually grow on bones, it's more mold that grows on dead flesh🖤🍄
Thank you! I’m so glad I used that base for this concept. But it was my only one! Will have to search for another skeleton doll to customise one day-it was a lot of fun. 💀🍄

I love her. The little holes are creepy to me. And yes it's giving The Last of Us but yours doesn't seem as sinister. She just happens to be fungi that can think and move around instead of taking an organism to do it. Nice choice of wings as well .

This is so cool! You can use a sharpie on the joints to prevent chipping, it may not be an exact color match, but it can get close.

After shrinking the head you can use a heatgun to soften in a bit before potting it back.

Very cute! If you ever do another similar doll, you should add glow in the dark pigment to the white paint.

a nymph typiically. they draw power from phyical energies like little fish that die in streams or small rodents who no one misses when they use their life force for magic. Faries with wings draw their magic from those very wings.

A fairy without wings can be commonly called a Nymph like from Greek mythology but pixie can also work too though

personally, i'd call a wingless fairy disabled, unless it's a specific kind of fairy that doesnt have wings, and not just an individual with missing limbs

@@insaneLeeCreating I'm a relatively new grain myself. I found her about 6 months ago. And I absolutely fell in LOVE with what she does. I even subscribed to ALL 3 of her different channels. I think Jackie is freaking AWESOME, and I LOVE it when she has her sister Sika join her in videos. I ain't seen Sika in a video recently, so I'm getting kinda concerned about her, and I even commented so in a recent video Jackie posted, but she didn't give us, her audience, a generalized update on her sister. I hope she will sometime. #NerdECrafter

@@insaneLeeCreating just wanted to add that actually I found you through Etsy, as I was looking for a mushroom fairy to add to the other two I have in my collection and I liked yours very much and thought it would go well with the other two I have. So may be do not disregard it completely.
The other thing to keep in mind is that because of the currency exchange rates your items appear on a higher range of prices for the international people than the average price for the mh ooaks on Etsy, so these tends to sell much longer. I bought the other two fairies for around 200-250 aud, yours was around 350-400 aud when I found it and it is much harder to save this amount even if you pay with Klarna. Especially with the economic crisis after pandemic, when all the prices went up our rent increased from 375 to 540 in 4 years, plus energy and food is more expansive, the salary doesn't rise as fast. I hope I would be able to add your fairy to my collection. 🥰

She costs a little more than some of my other dolls because of the intricate sculpting and the time it took to create her, but I appreciate that I may need to consider other factors when pricing my art.
