- Achieving some level of energy self-reliance and methods of off-comm communications is never a waste! Don't show up empty handed. Always bring something to the table!

Just thinking out loud.
Building relationships isn't as easy as building a power grid. But it's just as well worth the effort. Thanks for bringing this to the table.
I hope one day to be 1/2 as hooked up as you. Love the channel
Our problem downunder is mainly bushfires and floods. Infrastructure is destroyed in minutes. We need to concentrate on mobile and portable but I agree with you. :)
The wife got her General Class recently so everyone is now a General. 11 yr daughter, 14 yr daughter, my wife and I. We are planning the upgrade to extra, and maybe the same test session. At least everyone can play HF together now.
Great mindset 👍Have you done a video on the wind turbine? I'd be very interested in the source and setup to augment my solar charging. Thx
The same three dudes that give you thumbs down on all your videos must be WEF agents...
Julian, I am not prepared like you are, but if power and water go out, I will be ok for a while. I grew up in hurricane country, so I have been through enough to be ready.
Call me awkward but Barry is an island. Perhaps he's the exception which proves the rule. Seriously though, I QSL & agree with your message here. Incidentally, Barry island is located in South Wales. 73s.
Love the idea and am working to build a few
Anyone who says "no man is an island" has never taken a bath. :D
do. you have a video on your solar setup and how its all wired? I would love to see one if you have one or will do one. I guess what im used to seeing is one large inverter running everything instead of a bunch of tiny genasun inverters. I wouldn't know where to start on how to wire all of those. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you for all you do.
