also Capital STEEZ was a way better rapper than joey. STEEZ Joey and cj fly created a group called ProEra(Progressive Era) thats why they keep bringing up PE #LONGLIVESTEELO

Not sure if anyone said it, but Steez actually wrote Joey’s verse for this as well as his own verse. Had goat potential.
STEEZ didnt write Joey's verse. STEEZ did his verse first and in one take too, which according to Joey inspired him to go harder on his verse. STEEZ also picked out the beat for the song.

so dope you guys are finally getting to joey badass. his most recent solo album from 2017 "all Amerikkan badass" has alot of relevance to everything happening in the US right now. so relevant that some unknown power actually attempted to censor the entire album from apple music last week. i recommend you listen to a song from that album called " super predator".

Just putting this out there: Joey Badass, “All Amerikkkan Badass” is one of the most important albums ever. I put my life on it. Made a few years ago, but especially relevant now with what’s going in the world with BLM and police brutality and corruption. It’s amazing lyricism, a lesson in rap, and education is black history and oppression, and exposition of the system corruption, it’s everything and it’s immaculate.
I used to listen to the album every single day. I know every word because they are important lessons that can be cited as arguments, not just rap. It is way more than rap. Even got the CD case robbed from my car when it was broken into one time, but luckily the disc was in the CD deck so I still have it!!

Albums called 1999. The group is more or less trapped in the rap style, lifestyle of the 90’s which is why the video looks so old
