Herald. Ramss can work in niche water setups imo. only if u run Dido-Merlin to counter physical setups. Makes water able to compete with pure earth etc. but not like this no. In this setup we run bath and rely on having bath dealing damage as a support, hence Herald debuff and Heralds own dmg preferable to Ramss disarm

Depends on your enemy. Bath is an awesome default build strong against most things. Rams Attila Dido Merlin is very very strong, but mostly as a counter to physical setups.
