Yea, I'd almost go the exact opposite way. There's actually data about how as little as 5min of exercise a day (that makes you catch your breath) has quite impressive, clinically significant improvements on health. The barrier of entry to improving your health is actually so low. Way lower than these influencers tell people. Sure, 5min a day won't do much in terms of FAT LOSS - which is the point of the video - but all movement is good movement, and the best movement is the one you do. And it can get the ball rolling. And in terms of fat loss, it helps immensely to understand how you can eat all the fun foods still - just be mindful of the portions and frequency. I'd just teach the basics of what's in what. And then the person can find the low calorie foods they enjoy on their own. That way, it happens more organically and could be more sustainable. Maybe just swap your full fat milk to skim milk. Here in Finland, that's 1,500+ calories a week saved just like that, assuming 3,5 liters of milk a week. Stuff like that, this stuff helps imo.
