For all the Einsteins in the comments section. Hindenburg is a short-seller. It's normal for short-sellers to deceive the average investor. It's fair for a regulator such as SEBI to investigate this.

If we go by textbook these are all violations but SEBI and other agencies will turn a blind eye to all this just like how Reliance Defence got contract for offset partnership of Rafale aircrafts despite being part of a group with biggest NPAs as well as having no prior domain experience.
