His strongest sentiment is to help & protect people who cannot help themselves, so he sees a group of teenagers and goes “ah, yes I am a father again”.

FX: I always wondered what happened to that guy…

Wwx would be below black water and above qi rong in terms of outright power, but below Hua Cheng and above black water in terms of finesse/fine control. My reasoning is that he can remove and destroy golden cores in less than 6 seconds. He would absolutely try to kill qi rong. *”ah I see, this is ye olde wen chao,”* is WWX’s immediate thoughts when first meeting qi rong.
