Hi Asen, I don't understand cost of traffic. If I have a budget to spend 100$ on marketing and branding in adwords, bill board etc doesn't that mean my cost of traffic is $100?
Yes it means. In the model this is estimated on the basis of 3 things: cost per visit per channel, structure of visit acquisition (i.e. what percentage of visits is generated via adwords), number of visits assumed. By playing with things in blue you get the estimated cost of traffic. This is done in order to have model driven by metrics / goals. So we translate first revenues into # of transaction and average ticket. Later we translate transaction into recquired visits and thanks to assumption on the structure of acquisition and cost per visit per channel we get how much money we need to achieve this goal. In your case you can estimate the cost per channel per visit and play with the number of visits to get the 100 USD
