I am finding an hcl wash removes much colloidal PMs when working with cement. I add pure hcl, filter, then add a little water and a white cloud/powder immediately forms. Maybe just nickel but this was off of copper tubes in waste acid and so why would it be nickel?
What I can say if in you rocks is manganese oxide then you getting aqua regia . Manganese oxide is almost in all rocks so that way yo getting your pm going in solution . I thing Cody’s lab Chanel have video about that 1-2 yars back go and look at that video and you get the ansver
Nou you understand why I doing just testing . Visible gold I be recovering with shaking table . And only invisible gold I be working with acides . I see that long time ago and I just did testing for rocks where I don’t see manganese
@@myadventure7069 How are you dealing with cement slimes from copper? re-digesting/parting in acids, or oxidizing/boiling in NaOH and fructose, then melting, then what?
