I've seen these types of products before. The problem is unless you have a gutter guard, they tend to get clogged up pretty easily with leaves, sticks etc and then the water just backs up against the house... and they are PIA to clean out.
Banana clip spout,love it.
It's really nice. I wish my drain led to landscaping, but it's directly above cement. Wish it came in white.
Not a simple snap fit design. I've been trying to get 2 pieces together for the last 15 minutes. I want to see this guy actually do it.
They leak at the joints.
The manufacturer suggests using silicone caulk around the joints to create a watertight seal.
Does it freeze up in winter?
What happened to model 4600 of this product? It was much easier to work with. Thanks.
Does the inlet end rotate 90 degrees to match a downspout which end in a vertical orientation?
The StealthFlow elbow extension adjusts to 90 degrees so you can easily create a run that works for your application. Learn more here: www.greydock.com/landscape-drainage/flexible-downspouts/amerimax-4631-stealthflow-low-profile-elbow
@@Greydock You did not answer his question, which is also my question. If the downspout ends vertically, in other words...the top of the downspout is the 3" part instead of the 4" part, can the StealthFlow connection point to the downspout be turned 90 degrees?
Returning Product direction for downspout cut line are non existent on package and this video. bump out on product does not allow mounting to flush to wall downspout.
Nice like
What is the width of the extension?
Can it be used under sidewalk slab?
Also does it handle ice in Winter with ice melt due to sun?
I installed your product today and curious if it can be driven over by a zero turn mower ?
Hi Mark! The StealthFlow extender is pretty durable, but we don't recommend driving over it with any lawn mowers including zero turns. Thank you for shopping with GreyDock!
Thank you for your helpful and fast reply. 👍
This dude could water to a drowning man 💧
Notice how this video skips showing someone actually connecting extensions? The reason is because it is very difficult and frustrating. My frustration also shows up from other customers in the Home Depot reviews. Good luck.
Where m7ne connect they leaking
Looks like a banana mag in the thumbnail
Sorry, but that thing is not going to work. Will not direct water far enough away from your foundation. You need underground corrugated pipe or solid PVC pipe to direct water at least 10 feet away from the foundation. Preferably, 30 or more feet away.
You can add as many extenders as you want.
In no world does one need to divert water "30 ft" from their foundation. If you can divert rainwater 3-5ft away and it doesn't come back and sit by your foundation then you're in good shape.
They have extensions that will get the water around 6 feet away from the foundation. I do agree that they would clog easily though.
Can this product survive a Category 5 hurricane?
😂😂😂
Why did I think he had an ak mag there
Don’t buy they will clog and also you need to get water at lest 16 ft away from house
This created damages on grass I have to removed and reinstall every single day rain
Better than damaging the house foundation. BTW, I am planning to collect rain water to barrels and with that less water will go to drain or my grass.
Looks like an ak47 mag
No
😅
On average how much would you charge to add 1 of these? I installed 17 and charged 680 is that ok?
JAMES MURRAY god damn. Who did you rip off?
@@SilvestreVences 😆
These are shit. They do not sell the flexible piece that attaches to the gutter separately and that is the piece that always fails.
This product is junk... the plastic bend will fail in less than a year. Save your money and buy something else.
