Plz upload a detailed video about this inverter in terms of charging parameters of the battery (Bulk, Float, etc), load balancing (from grid+Solar+battery) and overall how this product stands against other hybrid inverters like Deye.

yes, already using that feature . This can be controlled with settings number 37 (Grid Tie Operation). Please note that you will not able do the zero export to load using CT

its not possible to connect with 24V battery since its 48V inverter. What you need is a 24V inverter. You can check for good alternative options with 24V inverter

specify the VOC and AMP of mppt specified in the side sticker and details of your panel. if inverter has 500VOC and panel has 45voc then split the panels in to 2 strings and parallel those strings.

Not yet used the serviced rather than used the WhatsApp tech support to get details about communication. For service we may need to courier the device to them (I believe they will arrange the pickup).

I can only recommend the Inverter and I have not used their lithium battery pack. if they are using low quality cells and BMS then its not good and you will not get the real benefits of LFP chemistry. Also please note that I am trying to do the battery communication based on the details provided by them but I think lithium communication will be difficult on this inverter. using a battery pack from Lionics that supports multiple protocols . if interested please check the video from channel

Meaning, load is 2000 w, solar input is 1000w, will tge syatem use 1000w fron solar and the rest 1000w from grid or because of tge solar power is leas than the demand load, the whole 2000 is drawn from geid
It will share the load using Solar+Grid.

550W means it will be mono perc halfcut bifacial panels so if you have mount that properly then you can expect max 4500W at peak

You can't claim with this inverter but if you are using a BIS certified inverter with Grid export option only then you can claim the subsidy.
