One of my favourite things about listening to Lana's music is seeing all the growth and maturity she has gone through over the years. From her highly stylised, idealised early songs about fame and somewhat glamourising destructive habits like drugs and abusive relationships, to these much more introspective, sometimes sad, sometimes very self-actualised songs of an adult woman who understands her journey and is not afraid to be honest with her fans.
