GBC Pokemon Gold Glitchless TAS in

This is a console verification of a new Pokemon Gold Glitchless TAS by CasualPokePlayer. The new TAS saves about a minute and 9 seconds over the existing Gold Glitchless TAS by forgoing the use of Hidden Power.
Successful verification starts at 32:45. A crash happened on the first attempt that sometimes is caused by the cartridge being seated just slightly off in the gameboy player.

Just watching through now. In Falkner’s gym. If staying in green bar is important, why doesn’t he manipulate misses with tackle instead of manipulating min rolls? Thanks.

Rage is a move which gains more power as the user is hit. It would take more turns / more HP lost if Rage was not abused.
Pidgeotto also will only choose Gust (100% accuracy) over Tackle as it is more powerful.
