Bro have you updated your system? With dec 2020 update? After this update I am facing issues with connectivity. Apple CarPlay it’s disconnected itself and when we put android auto there atleast it will get disconnected frequently.

I have iphone 13. I tried to connect connect next via bluetooth. But in the app it still shows not connected. I can play songs via blutooth. But the app is not getting connected

I too tried multiple times. I think you need original apple cable in good condition. Mine’s a duplicate - doesn’t work. Android is much easier to connect.
