I opted not to buy the box truck due to the poor fuel economy. And I can multi use my old bread and butter pick up truck. And that trailer I have stayed locked and at the yard if I do not need it.
...title says 12k mistake but you said you lost 12 hundred dollars. K means thousand. 12,000 vs 1,200. just sayin'...
Do you have to put a ramp on there or did it come that way. I've been looking at doing a similar setup but I don't know where to go to get the ramp on it if I by it as a regular truck.
Title is confusing. So the Walker wasn't the mistake? It really sounds like that's what you meant, rather than the truck.

Glad to see another Plemons vidja! Mulch decks work great on weekly maintained "turf", not so great in weeds. Still the smartest way to go about commercial properties with loads of parked cars around turf areas.

I've gotten busier since covid also. Turns out when people can't work they want to enjoy their yards. Been a long time since you've popped up so I went searching. I've got a video mowing with a john deere coming soon, probably mid October. Hope things are going well for you and that you're still doing good in these crappy times.

I hate to hear about that truck.. I'm still paying for my last mistake so i feel for you. I'm not a fan of that Walker, mainly due to its size in a truck/trailer, that being said.. they do cut great, hold their value, and are really tough machines.
Yea they are a little longer but the H model is the real long gal lol

Yeah about 1 in 10 people that we hire can actually drive and back up a Trailer. Seen some pretty bad mistakes from new guys that say they are experienced. Everything from jumping curves to tire rubs on the side of a 2017 Corvette, to gates being ripped down.

Dont know much about mowers but what so special about the Walker? It looks like it has a big back. Goes into the flower beds when you turn.

Oops Oops I’d be happy too. The bounce in the back end doesn’t bounce the operator of the deck. That flex is intentional to prevent scalping. Walkers are true floating decks they flex side to side and front to back and we can cut Bermuda super low and never scalp. Your Deere is a good machine but it isn’t the same class cut as a walker.
Plemons Lawn Care I have a 60” deer it cuts great. But, Nothing cuts like a walker! Period. 😎💯

Sorry about the truck! It happens to the best of us. Glad you got another 1 that worked out👍 Never had a Walker, but have a Grasshopper 721D for leaf season. Heard good things about them, but looks a little crunched for my taste. For my 52” cuts, I use the Ferris Z3X. We all know what works best for our propertys✌️

Country side lawn loves the walkers. I think there good on wet yards but I kinda don't like the controls between my legs wish they had the regular upper arm controls. The cut is bad ass smooth. Good video

They make a Deck raising kit for the walker..I think it's called that..goes up 2 5inches... (still haven been able to get ur sighns..from like 3 months ago.😅
