First Aid Kit, Jump Starter, Puncture repair kit and pump, (a new addition is two replacement Helite air canisters), when touring this all goes into the bottom of the panniers, I also have a full tool kit in a Givi box mounted to the left pannier frame.
Was pleasantly surprised by how many of these I carry myself, although I was a bit surprised by the Naloxone. As someone who used to work with substance misusers myself, I've seen these pull people back from an overdose several times. Top marks for carrying it (and the work that you do).
@@RegLocal Reg, if you are trying for a shorts style video you need to put #Shorts at the end of your title. 😉 I tried it a couple of weeks ago and got a lot of views in a short space of time. Not convinced they were targeted very well though!

@@RegLocal if your videos are under one minute you can upload them in Shorts format. The one you uploaded is a normal vertical video. The benefit of Shorts is that they can funnel audience to your long form content and help with the channel growth. However it is harder to monetise them.
In my topbox is: 1. First aid kit 2. Sticky string puncture repair kit 3. Gryyp Cargol Motorcycle Turn & Go Tyre Repair Kit (excellent!) 4. Miniature cycle foot pump 5. Selection of cable ties 6. Spare gloves 7. Spare snood 8. Some bungees 9. Various hi-viz (solo, club, IAM Observer)

Interesting video, I've got a similar bike (R1200GS) and the same top box and I bought some dividers to help section the area off to help keep things tidy.
