You can download the core game from the PSN store for free, and it comes with the full version of "Black Tiger" for free as well. 1943 & Avengers are the DLC pack for the PSN version. The XBLA only offers a free download of the core game via the trial download. You have to pay the full 400 msp in order to gain full access to Black Tiger, 1943, and Avengers in the XBLA version.
