Lower drop rate. Increase price and make thermals not able to put in safe box. And also make it work like a real thermal only heat on heat not gear or through windows
The thermal looks... not like a thermal image. Since the price is determined by players (supply/demand) they would have to reduce the droprate. Should thermals go in safe box? Maybe. Should they prevent you from putting red items in safe also?
Price is fine, but i do agree that you shouldn't be able to safe pocket it. Also idk why guns are highlighted as well, seems a bit weird, only the person should glow imo.

Why would you want a level lock that rewards players for grinding? This puts everyone at an equal playing field right away. Level lock is a bad idea.
