    These are awesome. I had seen these but never seen a tutorial till now. I think I’m hooked. I would love to buy some of those glitter beads from your little store too...by the bag. Those could be use for so many projects. I use triple thick and German glass glitter on many things. I made over 300 butterflies and angel wing ornaments for my Christmas tree and my daughters. They are amazing. You can also make flowers from the Dollar Tree by taking them apart and painting them with triple thick. Left them dry and glue them back together. Sprinkle diamond dust on the flowers too.

    Love your embellished filigree wood pendents. I am a decorative painter for over 25 years, and have found that hot glue does not hold up on wood items; eventually, it will come off your project. You can use E6000 glue or even Crazy Glue on your wood piece, but hot glue will only stick for a while before it comes loose. I am new to beading, and love the idea of using beads and wood items together. Thanks for posting your video.

    • @refunctioncrafts4928
      @refunctioncrafts4928  5 років тому +1

      Thanks for the advice! I will always use e600 for most of the embellishments but was thinking that with these pieces and the embroidered flowers the gorilla hot glue would be good.

    I like what you are doing but you need more light. Do they have some of the rhinestone chain so you can make bracelet or necklace for jewelry. I love the 👀 can you give the information for the store where you get the butterflies 🦋 and heart from. What name is this under on Etsy. Love the piece and thank you for video and you are staying in focus all the way during the video. The small beads you just show do they have hole in them when will the kits be ready just fabulous.

    • @refunctioncrafts4928
      @refunctioncrafts4928  5 років тому +1

      Thank you! I know, I really need to get another light set up so that it's not so dark. I will definately work on that😁. I actually buy the butterflies and hearts at a small, local shop near my home but I think you can find similar wooden pieces at other crafts stores like Michael's or Hobby Lobby (I haven't looked). I havent looked to see if BeeBeecraft.com has the rhinestone chain that can be turned into jewelry. I will be making kits for various projects that I do tutorials on so be on the lookout as I will be making them available in my Etsy Shop soon. My Etsy Shop is at: etsy.com/shop/RefunctionCrafts. I have the magnets listed but won't be listing the two pieces made today until tomorrow. I need to allow them to dry before taking photos. Thanks for the great questions!😁

    where do I buy heart and butterfly?

    • @refunctioncrafts4928
      @refunctioncrafts4928  5 років тому

      Catherine D. Weathers the heart and butterfly were bits that I purchased at a small local shop but you can buy similar pieces on Amazon I think. Also, check on eBay and search for wooden filigree hearts and butterflies. I have some that I may be putting up in my Etsy shop as crafters supplies so be on the lookout there. I will also be checking my retailer to see if they got more in.

This way the camera isnt confused on where to focus for close ups. I want to do some videos too but need to clear some space. 😁
