Thank you so much for this. I’m 14 and I have some stubble on my sideburns, above the lip, under the lip, on the chin, and the neck. It’s still very patchy but hey, it’s progress. I hope to try out the derma roller and do other things like washing my face, taking vitamins, etc to hopefully get towards my goal of a full beard someday.

I’m 20 years old and have a good decent beard because I used minoxidil and a derma roller, I keep my beard moisturized. But the thing with trying to fix a patchy beard with a derma roller is that you will have to keep trimming your beard NOT SHAVING BUT TRIMMING because your beard hairs will get entangled with the derma roller. Keep the length of your beard short and once you have full coverage then let it grow. I wish I had known that earlier.
Thanks for sharing! Definitely either want a longer needle derma roller or to keep your beard trimmed to avoid tangles and/or damaging your follicles.

To the people who are also trying for beard growth and muscles, man.. you are 💯 perfect and you have good body because why I'm saying is, first of all I'm 14 years old now and I'm having high testosterone issue as my father have extreme levels of testosterone. I'm having manly adult voice just in this age. Even I'm having thick body hair and Its very weird as many people crave for increasing of testosterone levels like for example beard, mustache and muscles. Be lucky for not having testesterone levels in high level and love your body when it is clean without any misery. The worst part is I'm having hairloss and looking like 20 year old now. So once again I'm saying don't run for testesterone...

No, shaving makes the hair look slightly thicker as it grows from a thicker point after shaving but it don’t affect the speed of growth. Tbh tho I found working out help to make hair grow faster

Teenagers cannot grow beard we u can but not a Thick Nice Beard.You need to be at least 21 if you have really good beard genes it will be 21 If you have good Beard genes it will be 25/26.Even Arabs with the really good beard genes have full beard at around 21.
Remember your beard will grow in number and thickness till you are 30,so just give it time.
