    GF flour for the roux.
    Add mustard and paprika.
    If I do it again, I'll be adding garlic powder and onion powder.
    Honestly, what stole the show was the pickle. Next time, I'll be using more pickle. Maybe even an oz of pickle juice in the soup itself.

    How about some more Southeast Asian food? Laksa, Wantan Mee, Char Kway Teow? I’m sure you are up to the challenge!

      Ooo. It's been a while since I've worked with rice noodles.
      It might be worth a redemption round after last time.
      What kind of noodles do they use for Wantan Mee? -- All of these look quite good.

    i made cheese burger soup before but never knew it was a real thing went for more a tomato relish with diced pickles mustard seed and dill base with the cheese slices put on top when serving.

      That sounds good, too!
      Whether it's a "real" thing is up for debate. In cooking, I assume that most things have been done at this point, and we're just trying variations.
