And she must have had Deuce-the-Douche in the background at that time, so she was ready to get rid of Silverman so she could turn on him as she does with everyone. It never stops with her!

Goverment, Lienette anyone , that tries to use the system of laws to manipulate others into bending to their will.. Unfortunately most people don't have the means to fight corruption, justice is not served and the corruption continues. The only way most can fight corruption is by exposure to the people so they will rise up and join the fight.

Silverman had Lynette declared yes to discontinuing everything because she had a new Lawyer. This way she can't come back and sue Silverman for not getting her what she wanted. Then the new lawyer can file all new lawsuits against EVERYONE!

Generally, if the court is reading the procedural history in detail at the beginning of the hearing, it’s familiarizing itself with the matter . . . which it probably should have done in advance of the hearing. The hilarious thing about DeTraumasis saying he’s concerned there may not be enough time to conclude the hearing is that it’s DeTraumasis himself wasting time . . . because he likes hearing his own voice so much. No one speaks as much as he does in these hearings - not the lawyers, not the litigants, not even the witnesses. SMH

And . . . I don’t know what Silverman is smoking, but discussions between attorneys on opposite sides of a matter are not privileged. If the other party agrees, it might be confidential, but there is no privilege between opposing counsels. That being said, some states have Evidence Code sections that allow a lawyer to make a written offer of settlement and mark it as protected under that section to prevent it from being admitted as evidence.

I've tried posting questions to him, but they're either removed or ignored completely by all. He just sounds completely deluded and caught up in Lynette's lies and really not interested in listening anymore to sanity. They're now trying to raise money for the "child" to feed her and presents for Christmas, we all know where that will go.
