one question at 11:55 if flux lines are pointing from right to left shouldn't the north pole be at the right and south pole at the left because magnetic flux lines travel from north to south pole???
The polarities what he mentioned is correct in my opinion. Because according to lenz's law induced emf opposes the cause which is external voltage. So the polarities are opposite to supply voltage polarities and this is called back emf which is responsible for rotation of a motor.
