Hello! A small hydrocele usually does not require treatment. In case it causes pain or the swelling increases, please consult with your Urologist. For now, you can just have regular check ups to monitor the hydrocele. Best Wishes!

In encysted hydrocele the scrotom is normal there is No free fluid in the scrotal cavity ??
The fluid collection is separate from the tunica vaginalis below
There is No fluid Sorrounding the tistecle or scrotal cavity just there is a cystic structure in the spermatic cord ??
