You know what the difference between Vivek and other comedians out there? This guy knows how to work for a cause. I have never seen such serious and important issues being addressed in such a light-hearted manner, where people are actually listening. He works in his talent beautifully. Well done.

As a feminist, this is the best ever standup comic I've ever watched. The way you humoured your way out of the unfair, judgemental and misfounded crap of the society was amazing. That tampon one, women wanting cars and money, unsolicted d*ck videos and the golddigger joke was *chefs kiss*. Never saw a man talking about such issues with zero male ego. In the first few minutes I thought, why is the guy using so many expletives, and was leaving already, but realised then, how you addressed such pertinent issues in our society with such alacrity, really amazing to see a young guy speak about these issues and deliver a strong message. I really liked this episoed and I really appreciate how you address sensitive issues in a very srcastic way and always try to give some message through comedy.
However I would like to express my view on certain topics. Firstly the small Indian towns you mentioned where people would demand for a virgin bride , there people also demand a virgin groom. If the father come to know that you go to hotel with girls , he is not gonna get you married to his dauther. And the demand you are talking about is more like a expectation and desire. As premaritial sex is not at all common in our areas so both girls and boys expect their partners to be virgin. And it's never like you meet up for an arranged marriage and they directly ask you if you are virgin or not and if your answer is yes then only they will mary you.
Personally I think there is nothing wrong to have preferences. If you are a virgin yourself and you want your partner to be virgin as well , there is nothing wrong in it. But if you are not a virgin yourself , still you want your partner to be virgin then it is definitely wrong. And I do agree that sometimes after marriage if they find out that the bride is not virgin , she faces humiliation and tortures which is not at all acceptable .
And regarding dowry I would like say , boys stop asking dowry . Its not something you deserve . It is something that only the bride gets as a gift and security from her father which is also becoming irrelevent these days as now girls also have legal right to claim her ancestral property.
At the end I would just like say loved your comedy.❤
