Same requirement for me. After three years I want to use it for my 120 sq feet room at ground floor. Right now it is direct sun facing east and 100 sq meter window

I have Panasonic split ac 12 years old and cooling is as good as earlier and no noise
One thing more to be noted. U have to add the installation cost of the split ac s with the price. Which is not less than 2500 at the minimum

Mera Daikin ka split AC 5 star 5.2 iseer bhi 150 leta hai only 8 hrs night usage mein 27 degree setting in Delhi night time 35 degree temp,top floor.bhi nahin hai. Shayad hi koi window AC 3.5 iseer se jayada hota hai, phir itna kam kaise aapka. Sorry boss internet par thoda bharosa kaam hota hai baat ka.

Price is not the concern, but quality, service and durability is the most.
I can afford initial buying but want to avoid rebuying and service cost
1. Bed Room size 14 x 14 sq ft. No direct sunlight. Little bit heat due to the outside room.10-12 hrs daily consumption in peak summer season. Both Window and Split can be deployed. Room is closed.
2. Lobby Cum Drawing Room size 20 x 15 sq ft. No direct sunlight. Occasionally it will be running, so heavy duty can be used for durability. Only Split can be deployed. Room is closed.
3. Which is best Non inverter or Inverter or Convertible or smart, with respect to durability, further future service charges.
In lobby you need 2 Ton non inverter Split ac, and in your room need 1.8 or 1.6 ton inverter Split ac..

Installation average ap 2000-4000 lekar chale.. coper pipe aur cable agar extra lagte hai to fir 300-350 per feet tak brand charge kar sakte hai aplit ac ke liye lekin Window ac me keval installation charges hi applicable hote hai kyuki ek hi unit hoti hai aur usme copper pipe aur cable ki jarurat nahi padti ..
