Question, people say use double framing to make smooth animation but for me it will only make it wworse Do you know how?

It's good if you have Effects with many frames, it will look smooth if you play at higher frame rate

I love those effects IDK WHERE to get them :(( and the smears I have smears idk how to use them properly and just smooth animation are the issues I have!
