- The Escapists, coming to Xbox One in February, is a cutesy indie game that tasks you breaking out of prisons with increasing levels of security. This Xbox One gameplay shows us attempting to break out of cushy min-security jail Centre Perks. Will we break out to continue our crimewave? Answers on a postcard which you can then mail to yourself, to read once you've watched the video.

Hmm, this would be a nice prison to live in. I'll just go commit a major felony to be condemned for life. Only down side is everyone seems to have a weapon and will beat you up.

nah it's always randomized it's sometimes yahtzee and paulsoaresjr and a couple of other people
I know it's a bit late but you do get paid for doing your job plus make sure people have good opinions about you because inmates are more likely to beat you up the lower there opinion on you and if there opinion is high enough there names will appear green and they can be hired as a companion they'll do beat downs on people you till them to and guards are more likely to blame and beat you up for fights

I have this for xbox one and I'm stuck at the jungle compound. I've dug my way through so all I have to do is dig up and get the ID papers to the guard. My problem is that I cannot find an exotic feather to save my life! I don't believe I can craft one but if anyone could help me I'd be grateful.
The only way to obtain the exotic feather is by buying it off on of the inmates

Jacob McPherson well anybody who pays $15 can get into that 'early access'. The game is basically finished and they are just going to keep adding more features until they take it off early access

Obi Wan James Seeing how it is already on PC they will probably aim for multiplatform status so I believe it could in 6 months-a year which is how long their coming to console first deals are. Space Engineers and Smite are 1 year first on Xbox but this is a much smaller game so I would think they need the money.

Alaa Afara I wouldn't know, I only have it on PC. I prefer the way that the PC version controls, but it seems console is treated better.
+Explodinator Graphics? It's a blurry pixel-y mess, how could it get any better? or worse for that matter? It's not like you can up the polys or something, these raster graphics are what they are, the only thing that I could see changing is the resolution if you have a shitty 4:3 tv or something.
As much as I hate to say it, this game looks like a cheap pc port. The controls just seem more optimized for a mouse. And you will have better luck getting it cheaper with steam sales
cheap pc port? the graphics are alot better and it seems like the a.i is a but better. obviously the pc will get this too im just saying its not a cheap port. other people prefer controller over mouse and keyboard. i like both personally and you're definitely entitled to your opinion.
solid snake I say cheap pc port because they did not change the UI to be optimized with a controller. Personally I am a console gamer first, then pc. But all that has been changed here is simply right stick instead of mouse.
solid snake The AI is a bit worse in a sense that it's more of a mod for the PC AI. The inmates have difficulties navigating in small areas (center perks canteen for example). The AI will get stuck when trying to attack other prisoners. Never happens on PC with its lock on type of combat.
