Hi, Laura! Congratulations on making it to the end of your studio sort-out!!! What a challenge, but how beautifully organised! I had to smile while you were in The Cupboard, firstly when you were both adding UK chocolate biscuits to your basket, but also, a puzzled smile with the sign telling us Europeans how _we_ write the date (DDMMYYYY), when it's the Americans who write it inside out who need the explanation. 😄😄😄 BTW, again on the topic of that sign: Britain - ie the UK (Scotland, England and Wales) plus Northern Ireland, and all its islands (there are a lot of those!) - is part of Europe and has been for centuries! Politically, it's broken away, but geographically, short of a major geographical disaster, we will always be part of Europe. 😄
I thought you'd get a giggle out of that sign! To a local, it makes sense as there's hardly ever any ACTUAL Brits or Europeans in the shop. Just "food and tea customers" who don't mind paying a premium for tea biscuits. And yeah, as a culture some Americans tend to still see England as differing from The Continent -- something about an 18th century war where the French were on our side, something, something. ;)
What a motivating, well-organized studio. That is on my agenda today…reorganize my studio. Thank you for sharing.😊 I live in New Mexico…visit Ft. Collins every year as it’s our favorite Colorado city! 😊
You’re a terrific vlogger. Love seeing where you are and what you’re up to.
Aw! Thanks for coming along, Kim This year has been fun to document....
