My grounding technique is feet or preferable bare feet on the ground, breathe positively in deep through the noise hold it, then breathe & release all that doesn’t serve you -stress, worry, anxiety etc do this till you feel yourself in the flow with breathe & somewhat clear mind. invision roots wrapping around your feet & send them down into the mother earth to anchor yourself, stop when you feel it. My grounding technique is feet or preferable bare feet on the ground, breathe positively in deep through the noise hold it, then breathe & release all that doesn’t serve you -stress, worry, anxiety etc do this till you feel yourself in the flow with breathe & somewhat clear mind. invision roots wrapping around your feet & send them down into the mother earth to anchor yourself, stop when you feel it. Then send that same roots back up & starting at your feet the root wrapped up your body starting at your feet all the way up to your head & shoots out your crown chakra to be connected to universal consciousness. for me, I’m them grounded & present with spirit, god, universe whatever you choose. I know a lot of people use this technique as far as roots in the earth sending down but sending the root back up the body thru the crown is an important step for me I personally feel connecting to the energy field around me as well as feel grounded after doing this I hope this helps. ….Iam the phoenix rising again 💪 …haha the adorable baby noises in the background as you were talking about the elements felt like a back up confirmation like spirit was shouting yes, yup ,uh huh yes that’s right 😂😂 literally divine timing. SO amazing! I've been up in my head all day, almost in a state of anxciety, with stress symptomer, like a burning in my stomack, cause i've been pushing through, to get done with everything lately, to be able to relax and enjoy the time with my son, when he comes back from holiday tomorrow.I did start the day out with a small meditation though and saw something very similar to the very beautifull light on the card with the message fro the inner child, wauw!
