MP’s visit proposed lubowa hospital site construction, work is still on the foundation level.

Parliament is still hesitant on the fate of allocating more funds to complete the proposed International Specialized Hospital of Uganda.
The Lubowa based proposed site which faces contractor distresses is still in a mess as the members of Parliament sitting on the Finance Committee visited the area to ascertain its status.
The Ministry of Finance was bounced by Parliament after a proposal of additional 319 billion was presented to fast-track the controversial project.
