my great grandmother was famous for her iguana dish and my mom makes lengue en chile rojo that I still eat once and a while... we are from el sur de Jalisco Mexico.. people always talk about how different we are as Latinos but amazingly we share so much in common..
I loved it down there I was in the region chilling in 2007 peru Ecuador Salvador and then the interior of Columbia I kind made thst happen by missing flights lol come in now what was I supposed to do it isn't my home obviously but dam what a wonderfull people
