My self was a nurse and nurse manager in an irish nursing home for so many yrs since 2006 , most of Irish nursing home nurses have to do washing , feeding ,toileting ,mobilizing pad change , repositioning and help out careers in other basic care , on top of typical nursing jobs like medication
