LeBron's team blew a 20 pt lead and he missed a wide open shot to win. What does he do? Doesn't take any responsibility and blames the refs for missing a call when the Lakers were up 8.
Maxey gets told the NBA admitted refs made 2 wrong decisions in the end of a very close game, which actually could have made a big difference in the outcome. What does he reply? He owns it, says he's gotta be better at controlling the ball on the ground, says "it happens, it's in the past now, we gotta win the next game and the series"

Still giving buckets tho. I think they should try to have the offense run through Maxey for the first 3 quarters so that Embiid can conserve energy and reduce the wear on this knee.

This is kind of insulting to Maxey imo. He improved but not as much and was already great the last 2 years! It was apparent he was capable of this with the opportunity. Coby White improved way more as did Vincent Williams jr. Imo it should actually go to the player that improved the most not the best player

Bad calls happen. They hurt. But it is part of the game. What hurts the most is Joel Embiid is playing hurt. He can barely walk. To Sixers, 1 lose is equal to three because Joel needs an extra day off. Even they come back from 0 - 2 and beat the Knicks, they are going to face the Bucks or Pacers. They need a fresh Joel Embild to reach the Eastern conference finals. To lose a game like that hurts like hell. The sixers are wounded emotionally, physically and mentally. The only thing that will save them is the fans. They have to blow the Knicks out and give Joel the rest he deserves.
