Mary A. I just stick them in the freezer regardless and when I’m ready to cook them I pull it out of the freezer and I cut them up. If you find it too hard to cut, place in a baggy and run under warm water for a few seconds to defrost a little. Hope this helps! ☺️
I ordered a sample set of vinegars from Rocky Mountain. OMG! So good! The cranberry pear is amazing on a salad with fruit in it. I am planning on sticking one in my purse to use at restaurants or friends’ houses. Thank you for the recommendation!
So funny! I have the exact same balsamic vinegar and I made a dressing with 3 Tablespoons of the vinegar, 2 Tablespoons of mustard and 1 tablespoon of Maple syrup which is your two dressings mixed together, lol. And it was amazing!😊

Hey Kiki! Just wanted to ask if you can raise the volume on your talking portions? I've been editing videos recently and I'm not sure what video editor you use but when I edit my vids, I bring the volume pretty high up for the parts I feel that viewers will wanna listen closely so that there is room to increase the volume on the viewers device. And I drop the volume for music so that I don't blast their eardrums. I can tell that you balanced out your music and talking portions to about the same volume which is really nice, compared to your older vids but I have the volume to almost max to be able to hear you in a quiet setting. Just wanted to give some advice :)

There is a good one I buy at either Sprouts or Whole Foods that doesn't contain any sugar, HFCS or any other added sugar. So there are definitely healthy ketchup options out there! Another one is from Thrive Market, but that one is more expensive.

Love all the sides and looking forward to what your making as a main dish. I am hoping to find a tasty hearty Lentil loaf or similar. I found on in YT and it was awful! To save the loaf I added it to a tomato onion sauce which turned out to be more like a Chili and it was great because I didn’t have to throw out the lentil loaf.

I am actually subscribed Simnet Nutrition channel but when I searched for lentil loafs his didn’t come up, probably because he describes as a Holiday loaf. I just checked the recipe and watched, and it definitely looks like it has the savory flavor I’m looking for in a lentil loaf. I actually use several of his same main ingredients to make no-meatballs; lentils, oats, walnuts, flax, and onion carrot blend. It is the sauce and spice blend that he uses that will make the difference. Thanks again!

Freeze your onions before cutting them. Your eyes won’t water and your fingers won’t smell. Works!!

A Gluten free flour blend (I use bob's red mill 1 to 1) or plain brown rice flour will work to thicken as well.

A little onion soup mix is great in gravy. Adds colour and flavour.
