    Its mind breaking how fast your progression is, and yes, 140 kg is something to be craving for this year. If it's you then there's no doubt. I might be overestimating things about you, but so far you've shown colossal feats in strength for me to acknowledge these things about you man

      My benchpress went up 35kg in a bit less then 6 months, and I’m now exactly one year into training and it hasn’t went up since then

    "It's amazing how fast your progression is" I mean it's pretty much his first year - Of course he's gonna make the most dramatic improvement - Won't be like that all the time, this time next year he'll slow down dramatically and if not then something else is involved.

      @Frank Burjan this young fella has still the beginner gainz to improve in muscle and technique so i guess 3~5kg a month until his 1,5~2 year of training (depends if he is cutting or not then maybe low 3kg but doesn’t look like it)

    30kg in 6 months is not a very big progression but still impressive for that age. I am trying to do 20kg a month in compound exercises. I adding 2.5kg, how about you?
