I don't think I've even seen those pal debuffs all i've had is them stress sleep and die from hunger cause they glitch outside the base otherwise they're happy with no issues.
depends on the server multiplier too I know for my settings catching 35 pals at lvl 25 is basically using the best ball spamming for that 1% catch chance which is a waste since they sync to your level so catching high level don't really do much. They also i think have someone in their 30s which is why they got handguns at lvl 20, I mean just look at em using ultras to catch level 15 pals thats wasteful as hell, blues can do it just fine even if it takes a couple, they don't cost ore which is a commodity with how much you need the higher you go so using balls, that use ingots to make, on pals you can get by with just normal ones is burning mats but they don't have to think about cause someone else is grinding hard for them.
@Notaforumguy007 that is true, i just noticed i can unlock musket, no guns yet. Yes, they adjust to your level in the team but if you leave them un base, they stay on their caught lvl. So if ur away and base gets raided. Full team of lvl 35/40 defending your base

Its funny how im lvl 25 w just bows and arrows and have caught lvl 35 pals. While, theyre level 22 w guns, concrete buildings, and a working factory😂

Getting higher lvl pokemon does help though. Their skill set is better so it helps in fighting a a lot.
