The obvious first step to fixing a slide door on any toyota. Is your goina wanna go ahead and load up 300-500 grains upfront right outta the gate. Then take some time to achieve perfect door glide. Finally ur goina wanna go with tru helical bearing on the back end. At this point you be able the close the door so quick ull snap bone.
You might put some blue loc tite on those torx bolts they will never work out that way but then again be more than 4 dollars …. Just my moral support to help you after you have helped me thanks !!
My Chevy Uplander side sliding door kind of has a mind of its own about randomly closing, or not. I figured it was a track issue more then a latch issue, so now I have another option to check. Good info.
Ok I'm done with these 400 grainers and flappers. Shot 3 nice bux this yr. No pass throughs!!!! One never found as it hit the shoulder and immediately stopped. Breaking out the brass inserts!!! Going back to the qad exedus
Videos like this prove you’re really on UA-cam to just help people. Cool stuff man.

Great video just fixed mine 2004 Sienna. As a point I tried flat washers and they worked like a charm as well.

I wish I'd known about those washer parts. That would've been handy a few projects ago

The door's FOC is probably a little too high. Or possibly under spined.
THANK YOU!!!

Ok now explain to me how the minivan rear door is gonna penetrate a deer lol
You bet! "The greatest country on earth!"

Its pretty cheap to see if it works!!

I thought you would take the door off put a camo curtain up and use it for a miniblind.
Looks like it will break again someday.
"Best Country on Earth." ....In what categories?
Move somewhere and holler back.
