Está equivocado, primeiro a cultura é totalmente diferente da nossa, segundo a mão de obra é barata pelo excesso de "profissionais" disponíveis no mercado. Quanto ao não uso dos epi's, lembre-se aqui no Brasil a mão de obra é caríssima e a maioria dos profissionais das diferentes áreas também não usam os epi's.
