I don't have xabi, but for your help, go with the maximum playstyle level, and select some defensive midfielders with build up center back and destroyer. Xabi is great with attacking but a little complicated when it comes to defence. Overall you can try 433, 4213, 4141 and 5 defenders customs

Bro, u could use any player with good balance, passing, and shooting. Maradona works, also the free card of Big Time Neymar. Totti, even though he is very heavy in-game, he suits for false 9, there is also Benzema, Muller, Dybala and Del Piero(passing ain't that great but still).
selection of deep-lying forward and playmakers are best options.. choose a player who is actually good at passing shooting and playmaking
