Oook two points. One distraction vs focus . Distraction, we have to be on such a high vibrational frequencies until we are bigger than our negative self talk, more energy than our environment ( because it's the environment that signals our distraction) bigger than time( in 3 dimensional being stress makes time heighten affecting your well being. Using mindfulness, positive affirmations, being grateful, a moment by moment awareness of our unconscious mañners,habits we can raise our ability to focus because in moment by moment awareness the can't go back to your familiar past nor go forward to a uncertain future it's in a immaterial spiritual awareness focusing on wishes and desires. Two Emotional intelligence gives you more room to focus because it gives you conscious awareness..Self regulation, motivation, give you high vibrational energy for socializing.
There is always room for learning . Universe is the key .

Silence is crucial for someone death..
Sometimes we don't want to live again if person died has something to learn and has mind.. because they may help us in some way.. is hard to govern people that could not hard to follow.. because at end they would tired and give up person which might help.. and this is difficult situation.. others don't want to talk.. and they become hypocrite.. they are there to help you.. but they hope in that they would change.. and they become sad and maybe for them is end??????
Then why continue having person to this world which would end only to misserable and sick and burden..
Person is tired of hard work.. they want to relax and little work for food and drink to survive.. a little clean house and laundry clothes.. making things in clean and no clutter dirty is because they only attract insects that they want only to harm person..
Insects clean in is doing into as another place.. is not to become a power thing.. because if doing this they are doing into another part..
They are assume in that person is died?????. How???? Person who walk and eat still alive..

Person is beautiful if is practice good hygiene..
Because seem others is relying to physical appearance but poor hygiene and not clean house,, not clean clothes cabinet.. I mean.. clean in might not everyday but at least one time a week.. or much better to think less having for we are not have many to clean.. sometimes we buy but after a month is only there stock to is house,, which end is not needed..
