Hi from Norway!! If you leave the plastic wrap on there till the inks dry, you will get a pattern that shows up more. Hugs!!

I’m totally new to this, and just watching the tin foil part right now. What if you pressed the foil onto it, then do the inks on top after? With rubbing alcohol and a straw or heat gun? I also started baking the clay first cuz the heat kills my colors.

I'm not sure about this technique. I've never used a heat gun. It's definitely an idea worth exploring.
Yeah, that's the unfortunate thing about inks, the color changes so much after the hest hits them
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!🤗

Do you think the color saturation would have faded less if you had tried it on pre-baked clay? Just a thought if you’re inclined to try it out.

Thanks a good idea. I've never done any work with pre-baked clay.

I find that it's easier to maintain to control of the ink if you keep it face up. I usually put the inks directly onto the clay and then use the cling wrap immediately, while the inks are still wet.
This video isn't quite what I'm talking about, but similar
