Man im literally lost rn we are discussing this one and I don't have prior language of JS. Feels like an alien talking in front of me. Thanks for saving me understood this one easily.
There seems to be several ways to do things now in javascript with ES6. While perhaps I'm ranting as an old man, but wouldn't it be best to have just one way to do something? I am finding it a bit hard adapting to the styles used by different people as a result. Oh well I suppose. Thanks for the great video!
@@programmingwithmosh And this is why I'm here, haha. I can program, but can't read a lot of the new code out for React Native, etc. Thanks!

How do you open the console view on the right?
wow, a lot ton of things can be done if used in a code generator, i.e. if i generate JS from Rust i can use this to reduce the complexity at the Rust side.
:-)
Also John 5 is an awesome guitarist.
Dear Mosh can you make course on Rust
Thanks for making it more straightforward to understand.

BTW, What is the name of VS Code Theme you're using in this tutorial.
nightowl I guess...
You are awesome
mind blowing :))
Color theme of editor?
Can I use elements inside of ${} ?
wonderful, i wish they thought us in class and broke our mind using an for if loop just to write a sentence, i know it was to teach the principt but this way with `` is so much easier
Is this template literals work in IE11? If not how to fix?
it's also called string interpolation ?
What is the next video that he references at the end of this video?
How to I make my browser a cool console like that? I like how you can avoid typing console.log();.
let name = window.prompt();
const message = `${window.alert(`Hello ${name}`)}`
guess what this does:
const prompt = window.prompt('Name?');
document.write(`Hello ${prompt}`);
From my knowledge, it would ask you to enter a name as soon as the page loads and whatever name you enter will be displayed on the page.
name is alert message and hello name is display at main page
what IDE is this
Integrated development environment
I guess he is using Visual Studio Code(VSCode). A light weight editor by Microsoft, and the best part is its open source, and available for cross platform. You can download free of cost from code.visualstudio.com/Download
@@itarticles6338 beware, thats from M$ , Atom should be better,
