He got locked in the backseat and called his supervisor to let him out.. If you noticed he didn't have any lights on when he got out the backseat.. Day's later they have him react what he says happened which was she was passed out.. He was checking her from the passenger side but someway the door closed.. So they go on the driver side and tell him to explain what happened one more time.. I knew right there he was done, They were basically telling him why didn't you just get out the patrol vehicle, go to the back driver side door to check on her?? There was no reason to go on the other side..
