2024 Peak Refuel Freeze-Dried Meals Allergy-Friendliness Review & Taste Test | Happily Ever Allergy

I've been looking for freeze-dried meals that my son could eat in case of an emergency or while traveling. I found six different meals from Peak Refuel that fit our requirements for a safe meal for my son to eat. All six of the meals seen here are made WITHOUT ADDED: peanuts, tree nuts (except coconut), milk, sesame and mustard. We share our favorites during this taste test.

Chicken Coconut Curry
Butternut Dal Bhat
Chicken Teriyaki Rice
Sweet Pork and Rice
Three Bean Chili Mac
How Allergy-Friendly is Peak Refuel?
Peak Refuel cleans and tests their lines for top allergens. They do however share lines with many top allergens, including peanut. None of their products are certified Gluten Free. Peak Refuel informed me that as of June 2024, when I last contacted them, none of these meals are made with added mustard, which is a big win for our family.
