I've just started jeffing (Jeff Galloway style) as heart rate running wasn't for me, having a stressful Job doesn't work with heart rate training. I absolutely love run/walk, no pressure, no soreness just chugging along getting the kms in, I love your work Justin, keep it up 🙂

I am ringing the cowbell of encouragement in your honor!! Your channel has been an encouragement to me. And I thought I was the only one who ever got the itch. I sometimes get it when the weather first turns cold or if it's early morning and a bit chilly, which definitely makes sense in light of your explanation about the blood vessels. But warmer clothes don't help because then I am just sweaty and trying not to gouge trenches in my skin. It is agony. I hope it passes quickly for you.
I don’t know about this running itch thing. lol. I just took a week and a half off due to catching Covid and that was bad enough. 3 months sounds like torture!

Which is worse: not being able to run due to injury/illness or not being able to run because it's illegal to run around outside?
I HATE the itchies. It’s the worst. Sometimes my motivation is for running is to avoid getting the itchies.
