Brings back a lot of memories for me. I’ve known people such as both the dancers and the directors/instructors in ballet, different names and looks, but similar personalities and styles.
Hey eva, I just fell down during cabrioles in character shoes and the ground was so slippery and I injured my tailbone. I cant tell if I cracked it or not but may I know if anyone your class has injured their tailbone before? What happened to them and how long does it take to recover 😭 I know you most likely won’t see this but I just appreciate if you can give a response. This video really brightened up my day after the accident 😢
Audrey is a good dancer but she needs confidence to be great. It’s evident in this video that she needs someone to tell her she’s actually good!!! Her Esmeralda variation at YAGP was actually good but lacks confidence.
Went to see Edward Scissor Hands “the ballet” in Bristol last week.. it wasnt ballet at all it was just casual st dancing.. really disappointed me how come they can call it ballet with just 2 pirouettes thrown in?
I agree! Able to be expressive and artistic, while also strong and athletic. They don't control a partner, they balance and lift her. Ideal qualities. Their instructor, too--he has high expectations, but is never unkind. How much more genius would we see in everyone around us, if all teachers were like him! 🥰
I enjoy her commentary! She's a student herself and appreciates the level of difficulty, so her observations are spot on. 😊 I like that the videos aren't documentaries; it's much more fun feeling like part of the class 🙂
@@fvckingtired7269 Wrong, I’m a professional choreographer I Teach Ballet, Jazz, Irish , Hip Hop, flamenco , Mexican folklórico and I’m also a figure skater and I always encourage and compliment my dancers it makes them feel good and it makes them want to work harder. But I know in the dance world most dance teachers are rude. Jesus Christ taught with compassion and kindness and we should do the same.
Love how he redirects them. "2 options, shut up or be quiet". 😂
Slawmior is just a vibe😂😂😂😂
Slawmior sounds like a Tolkien character
@@AW-xc1xc😂
They all seem so playful. Such a wholesome and fun environment.
Slawomir king of roasting!🤣🤣🤣💖
at this point i'm confused if slawomir is mainly a director or a stand up comedian (or in his case sitting 😂)

@@Zaihanisme I'm sure that was meant sincerely as a compliment. Most people recognise what amazing athletes dancers are 😊
This would be even funnier if the videographer didn’t comment.

This teacher never shows any emotion always unhappy lol. He needs to encourage his students and give them compliments when they do something cool lol
it's ballet what did you expect? No teacher does the things you said. It's the sad truth

You need to watch some other videos with him then. Judging just from one video is never it.
