¼ Moong dal
Chopped 1 tomato
Chopped 1 onion
Little Chana Dal
Little Masoor Dal
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp haldi powder
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp jeera
Laung
Dalchini
Tejpatta
Finely chopped garlic
Finely chopped ginger
Finely chopped green chillies
Dried red chillies
1/2 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
--For Tadka--
1 tbsp ghee in a pan
1/2 tsp jeera
Little heeng
Chopped Garlic
Some dried red chillies
Dried red chilly powder
Some fried onions
Some coriander and green chillies
