Relish the staggering realism of WWII: No detail spared. This historically accurate RTS enables you to control single infantrymen in audacious raids and entire tank regiments in the greatest battles of the war. The time has come to experience the hell that soldiers endured.
Today I'll be going over all the things you need to know to use a Commander. I'll give you all my thoughts and opinions using a commander in skirmish & conquest!

One way to make the Officer's binoculars point exactly where you want when doing the F6 trick is to use binos in direct control mode, and when you find a spot that give you vision, press F6 (instead of going out of DC and then clicking on the attack ground icon), and then left click *without moving your mouse*.
Also, since the binoculars work by line-of-sight and give some vision around the spotted circle, you can abuse/cheese this mechanic by pointing the binoculars towards the top of trees/utility poles in order to reveal units that you otherwise wouldn't see.
Once more, very well done. Thanks!
Nice to see you back , great video .
welcome back! great video as always!
Great video, thanks.
Helpful vid thanks
Wow another how to from Puggo Thanks man!
Good stuff mate 👍
welcome back!
I've not been using them properly, I thought they boosted troops skills or something. I never even used the binoculars! At least now I know to watch the roads the enemy come on in so I can respond faster.
Hey, it's great to see you back after so long away! :) I loved your Conquest faction guides. Will you be doing one of those after Liberation releases? Also, could you perhaps review the units added in the Scorched Earth Update?
Some thoughts on the Officer units: I don't tend to use the officers in Conquest because I think Scout squads and the Searchlight do the FOW vision better, with less micro and risk. I wish the officer's binoculars worked like a shorter range version of the Searchlight with a sight cone instead of a circle popping up on the map. I might try and start using the officers when Liberation comes out. Will be interesting to see the American tech tree progression for their officer squads (thank you for going through the different factions' tech trees; I hadn't realized there was so much variation between them regarding the officer squads).
Absolutely! I will be doing a deep dive on the liberation DLC. Next Friday will feature another unit. I'm all for suggestions if you have any. Stay tuned!
@@PuggoRebornChannel Awesome! I'm really looking forward to that DLC and all the content it will provide us, plus I really enjoy watching people's videos about research trees, units and new stuff in this game :) Please do a Conquest Let's Play of Liberation if you have the time. I'd enjoy that. Really looking forward to seeing the weird strategies people come up with as they flail around with the new units in Conquest, lol.
I have started a conquest for the Soviets. The goal is to play with units I've neglected over the past year. Refine what I like to use in GOH
@@PuggoRebornChannel Yeah, I'm planning on doing pretty much the same thing. I tend to restart my Conquest campaigns a lot so there are still a bunch of new units, especially from Scorched Earth, that I haven't tried yet because I wasn't teched up enough. Currently thinking about starting a new German campaign where I avoid using the "meta" tanks and instead use the new armored cars and stuff like the Ostwind and Wirbelwind.
Kick the meta for effective fun. That's what my channel focuses on. Love hearing ppl doing the same
man, ur videos r really improving my gaming!! Can I ask for a commandos clip? greets!
Give me some more details and I'll write it down. I'm always looking for more ideas.
I wish I could understand the spotting mechanics in this game^^ Especially on enemy concealed units and stealth units.
It's gonna take time, but I will have a video for it. Simple answer is based on the lower a unit gets the less chance of being spotted. Bushes can add to the concealment. Some units are passively camouflaged. Some units get a spotting bonus like commanders, snipers, tank commanders, recon, and others. (At least the second part is my understanding). Again, I will try to make it clearer in future video
Your early music is way too loud. Your voice volume is excellent as is your content, however. Consider no music for intros.
I will check it out. The editor makes it difficult to judge how loud it should be. Thanks for the heads up!
Does an Officer have the same 10 capture (what word do I use? points?) as a Commander does?
Yes, the office is a commander. All factions have one under a different name, but catalorized as commander
Could you rank the expansions? Its in sale right now
I might do that
Lol i only use the comander to fill my 46/50 in conquest.
Hahaha I get that
